Terms and conditions for bookings and stays at Sunrise Lodges Montenegro

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and stays at Sunrise Lodges Montenegro. By making a booking, the guest acknowledges these conditions as binding.

2. Booking and Contract Formation
Booking Process
A booking inquiry via our website or other channels is initially non-binding. The contract is only formed through our written confirmation (email). We reserve the right to decline booking requests without giving reasons.
Booking Confirmation
After receiving your booking request, we check availability and send you a confirmation or rejection within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, you will receive all relevant information about your stay.
Minimum Age
Bookings can only be made by persons aged 18 and above. The main guest must be present throughout the entire stay.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are per accommodation and per night, unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary seasonally and will be communicated bindingly upon booking confirmation.
Payment Terms
Payment is made on-site in cash or by arrangement. For longer stays, a deposit may be required. All prices are quoted in Euros.
Additional Costs
Any additional services such as final cleaning, tourist tax or special equipment will be charged separately and paid on-site.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in
Check-in is possible daily from 15:00 to 20:00. For later arrival times, prior arrangement is required.
Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was received.
Key Handover
Key handover is done personally. In case of lost keys, the costs for replacement will be charged.
5. Use of Accommodation
Occupancy
The maximum number of persons per accommodation is binding and must not be exceeded. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
Behavior
Guests must behave considerately and observe quiet hours (22:00 - 08:00). Disturbances to other guests or neighbors must be avoided.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets
Pets are only allowed after prior arrangement and for an additional fee. The guest is liable for all damages caused by the animal.
6. Liability and Damages
Guest Liability
The guest is liable for all damages to the accommodation and its furnishings caused during their stay. Damages must be reported immediately.
Host Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for guests' belongings. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, official orders, etc.), neither guest nor landlord can make claims.
7. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation by Guest
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email). Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival incur no costs. For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking price.
Cancellation by Host
Should we have to cancel a confirmed booking, we will endeavor to find equivalent alternative accommodation. Further claims are excluded.
No Show
In case of no-show without timely cancellation, the full booking price becomes due.
8. Data Protection
We treat all guest data confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy. Data is only used for processing bookings and legally required registrations.
9. Final Provisions
Applicable Law
The law of Montenegro applies. Place of jurisdiction is the seat of our company.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Amendments
Amendments to these GTC require written form. No verbal side agreements have been made.
